Are you from Singtel? Cause I still haven't gotten my update pushed thru and when I manually do it online it says there is no update available

Me? No. On Smart Communications Philippines. But I understand the guys at Globe Telecom which is partly owned by Singtel, has gotten their update too.

Well it's like 4 days already and still haven't got it
Singtel lagging so bad. Unless 10.2 comes soon which makes them reluctant to release the MR update now

Yeah I was thinking the exact same thing. I actually gave up waiting for the MR update and stopped checking this thread until I accidentally stumbled back upon it.

But it wouldn't make sense for that other guy with the Q10 to get the update and us Z10 users not. Unless because the Q10 is used by a lot of corporates...

I bought my Z10 after the 10.1 update. Did you buy yours before 10.1? If so, was there any delay?

Nope. Singtel got it about the same time or earlier compared to m1 and back then there wasn't the q10 yet

Those have been out for those carriers for weeks now.

Edit: My apologies, the MR update is not officially available for Verizon or AT&T, they just released their first 10.1 releases.

My personal opinion is that they will skip it and ship 10.2 next.

10.1 MR was a debacle for many carriers, lots of customers ended up with non-working devices or lost all of their text messages.

Tele2 in The Netherlands are testing the MR update now. An employee responded to the thread in their forums which I created. If they wait any longer, 10.2 is already out...

Telstra Australia have skipped the update all together, and are just testing 10.2 instead, with an ETA of October 14.

I think that's a prudent path and as I stated previously, wouldn't be surprised if ATT and VZW follow that same strategy.
