I'm curious if those with text messages missing had a lot of messages (since some people said they came back after "awhile"). I don't have many, and they're all there, and I am able to send texts as well.

Not related to the update, but do you have any contacts stored on the SIM? I found my contacts stopped unlinking when I deleted copies from the SIM.

My update was stuck at 100% for like an hour -- so I did a battery pull -- now I can't send texts and when i go to my text's, they're not there!

(1.5 Months)
10.0 MR Released on March 1st
(2.5 Months)
10.1 Released on May 14th
(2 Months)
10.1 MR Released on July 29th

10.1 SDK Released on March 22nd
(Time from SDK release until OS release ~ 2 months)

10.2 SDK ETA in August

So following the same time line the estimated Arrival of 10.2 is around 2.5 Months, which puts us sometime in October.

Stop it with the battery pulls people this isn't OS 7!!!!

The A10 is coming with a non removable battery!!

Just hold the power button for about 30 seconds that is a hard reset oi(facepalm)

And for God Sakes be patient with this update!!!!!

If you had a lot of texts or emails it takes a whole to re sync and render them as was mentioned earlier in the thread, be patient not the best idea to do a battery pull on the middle of a software update, as Kris said before your lucky.
