Yeah it didn't wipe anything, except all my text message conversations are gone, not a big deal for me, but I did notice they are gone. My sideloaded apps all stayed, only thing was it asked me for my work gmail password, which I expected.

On Rogers and it updated without any issues. Have all my texts still.

Tips: This update takes a VERY LONG TIME.
Don't get impatient and restart or reload. Just leave it plugged into your charger and go watch a movie. It took a good 1 hour or so from when I started downloading til everything was up and running.
After downloading the installation takes a long time. After the first reboot it will be on the 100% screen for a few minutes, and depending on how many emails and messages you have, the Hub will take a very long time to load. ( it has to remap and render all your emails.)

PRO-TIP: Be patient!

I tried that, but the screen which has an option to lock and everything didn't show up, just reboots.

Would also like to know this from someone who has tried both. The latest 10.1 leak is running awesome so not sure if I'd switch but still curious how the performance is.

Confirmed issues

1) no text messaging anymore

2) lost my history

3) does not fix contacts doubling... seriously wtf!!!

4) rebooting with volume buttons no longer works
