Dial Pad as default appearance for phone calls

I have a Z10 with 10.3.3. When "pushing" the phone button on BB assistant I'd like to see instantly the dial pad and not a list of earlier incomming/outgoing calls. Any chance to set dial pad as a default view? There was a thread in 2014 already... any news?
