Wanted to start fresh after my Z30 running the latest 10.3.2.something started lagging and while typing some words used to get erased automatically. Did a device wipe last night. Left it overnight which was about 20-30% Woke up at 11AM and was 97% and is still 97%. Pretty sure this aint normal...Or is it???

It's not normal. People have started reporting this issue after 10.3.2.

I think it's totally safe to reboot your device at 97%.

Try SIC Multiwipe to clean your device, then reload OS via http://blackberry.com/update or BlackBerry Link or Autoloader.

Some people have success if they remove their SD card and then reboot the device.

If that doesn't work, run an autoloader and reboot your device a few times until it catches.

I just had the issue recently after buying a second hand red passport . The wipe took so long I was not patient enough that I tried to turn the passport off. That created a file corruption error (not surprised btw) solved the issue with BlackBerry link. The best thing is not to wipe from the mobile phone but from link. Otherwise autoloader is great as well but I was just too lazy to download it first.

Do a reboot. It will work. Hold the lock button and the side buttons for 5 seconds then release.

Same thing happened to me and wiping took more than 12 hours.
Press 10 second power and up volume keys together. This should works and wipe starts again. If not completes wiping process, just run autoloader and then10 second pressing same keys again. You can wipe your phone after installing OS if you want too. Also wiping takes less time after new OS.
I did it as i explained and it worked.
