    Hey guys,
I'm new to the fourms and i was wondering if i was the only one experiencing the issue of my BB Z10 STL100-3 running OS 10.1.0.273 not being able to connect to my pc making it so I cant back it up, or reformat it. I have tried everything from battery pulls and enabling mass storage mode, to re installing link and restarting my computer. I can connect via wi-fi but those features are limited and not nearly as fast as a direct usb cord... Please help as i dont know what else to try.

I had the same problem and I solved it by wiping my Z10 and starting again. Works fine now!

Was there anyway to back it up via BB ID or anything, or did you just have to start fresh?

Backed pictures, music and data etc to box. I had already got my contacts and other data saved on a sd card as I did the device switch option from my 9900. I had to reload apps which was a pain and set up all my accounts but it was worth it in the end.
