I tried OS 10.3 but downgraded to 10.2 since Z30 is my main handset so I can't live with the unstable features on OS 10.3 especially drop connections! But one of the main features that I really miss is the informations the active frame for device monitor shows, wish blackberry could implement it in 10.2, or is the bar file works on 10.2?

You still have device monitor on 10.2, it's just not a separate active frame like in 10.3. Just go to quick settings and check 'device monitor ' to get access.

What I mean is in 10.3 device monitor in active frame shows informations like battery level, remaining time, average battery life etc, but in 10.2 when you put device monitor in active frame it doesn't show anything!

You are absolutely right, and that is a big difference. In 10.2.1 you don't need to keep the frame open since it's not active but in 10.3 it is and keeping it open in the background makes more sense.
