    Device monitor is always loading with blank.

    And can't receive the notifications unless the app is opened. Some apps such as `ShotShare' failed to work in background.

    There is an another issue, when I try to configure the notifications setting, the menu disappears suddenly!
    Current notifications mode is `normal', but notifications comes without sounds. :'(
    more concrete, the top bar notifications doesn't appear and no sounds.

    Perhaps the headless modules is broken.

    what phone and what OS are you running? Have you updated recently? sounds like a reload is in order.

    OS Version is 10.3.1.2576.
    I haven't received any updates recently. In 6.2, it works. But in 6.3, the notifications shutdown. Maybe I make some misoperations. Now, the blackberry comes to alive by using `Security Wipe'.
