The device monitor opens but hangs up on the first screen. I get "Loading" in the bottom left of an empty screen, and a spinning wheel in the bottom right. Nothing in any of the tabs (Battery, Storge, Memory, etc) actually loads

Does anyone know how to fix it?

    I have Passport OS 10.3.3.2205.

Screen shot of what I get from the device monitor, an unpopulated screen indicating it's loading.

OS 10.3.3.3057 update arrived at an opportune time.

So I updated non-destructively with Sachesi in over-write mode. Didn't help, still have the issue. Also noticed I couldn't back up the device with LINK either before or after updating to 10.3.3.3057

You have to let the OS settle.

Your issue can only be resolved by running an autoloader.

Don't use Link. Use Ultimate Backup if you need to keep anything.

    Thanks guys.

I was too impatience to let it settle, came to the same conclusion per Conite, that autoloading was needed so I ran the 2205 autoloader which fixed the Device Monitor issue and the Link issue. Then I restored a backup from March (I know bad idea, i shouldn't have restored but i didn't want to redo the accounts, especially the enterprise one). Both issues remained resolved

    Just re-adding OS 10.3.3.3057 now.

Bad thing was.. I lost all the Playstore/Android apps, whitelisting, etc Does an Ultimate Backup backup restore all the Cobalt android stuff?

No. Ultimate Backup does not restore ANY apps.
