Note: These files are for interest only. Installing delta upgrades is complicated and I cannot guarantee they will install correctly. Please use a full upgrade or autoloader if you just want to upgrade.

No Passport OSes. Blackberry did not provide any Passport OSes so 'All' below does not include Passport.

The patch will fail to load and do nothing if the current OS signature doesn't match what is expected.

I am upgrading from 10.3.0.1418
Does the file include all the apps for 800? or only the new ones?
If it is only the new ones.
Do we need to upload the full app files for 800?

I'm not sure of the exact app deltas for each OS. I usually use the carrier lookup to find this.
1418 was fairly similar to 632 last I remembered but there's probably a few extra apps you might want. Hopefully someone is able to find out a better list of what apps are updated.

The provided app bars are what is new vs 797/821 and likely 632 too.

It's just like it says. There are no Passport OSes in here.

The links are for All except STL 100-1 and for STL 100-1. All doesn't include Passport because Blackberry did not provide any files for it.

The delta upgrade from 632 is only 37 mb for the OS and 15 mb for the radio! Does this include all the upgraded apps in 800 as well? Or do we need to extract the 800 apps from the 800 autoloader and side load these as well?

IOW, would these two files side loaded nondestructively onto a 632 OS give a complete 800 OS, including all the "newer" 800 apps?

There has been some discussion on the 821 threads about whether 800 was really newer or a higher build than 821, but no consensus about which one to upgrade to, 800 or 821 (along with the 10 or so newer 800 apps).

This delta upgrade would seem to be the way to go in terms of time and least disruption to the phone. Or am I missing something here? Usually am... :-)

Edit: Of course I was missing something--I missed the link to the new 800 apps at the bottom of the first post! So, I assume the core OS and radio deltas can be put into a folder along with the new apps and all side loaded together.

Yeah so the OS and Radio don't include apps. Apps are separate. Although most of the apps are the same from 632 and I have a bar down the bottom that upgrades apps for 632 (as far as I know).
I don't have an app upgrade list for 10.3 yet. I'll make one now.

I've been downloading from links for the past 24 hours and have no idea where I stand at this point and I've yet to try either. 800 or. 821. If someone would be so kind as to create an autoloader with all the latest and greatest for us knuckle dragers, I would be very greatfull

Interesting--

I'm using Sachesi 1.9.9, and the sideload starts but then stops on the radio delta file with a 500 error, I think it is. I figured that was the unsigned radio file issue or something, so I took the radio delta file out of the folder, but the same thing happened to the first file I tried to sideload from the folder with the radio removed.

I'm sure I DLed the correct delta files the first time for my STL 100-3 to upgrade from 632, but am redownloading them as I write this.

Should I be using Sachesi 1.9.5 instead? Edit: Just tried 1.9.5 and re-downloaded delta files and keep getting same error.

Edit: Just tried again, loading the Core OS delta file only, and got the same error message at 50% load: Error: failure 500 invalid action install

Ah the new file detection must freak out on deltas.
Edit: Nope, deltas are fine here. They look same as OS/Radio.
Not sure why the invalid action.

I'm on a Mac. I went to 1.6.1 and got the same error. Then I went to 1.5 and everything seems to be loading properly--almost all loaded now.
