    I have deleted a few apps then after I need to do a restart on my phone all those apps i've deleted came back and still working.
    Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong.

    Ps. I restarted using the volume keys

    Blackberry Q5 SQR100-3/10.2.1.1055.

    Did you delete from Device Monitor?
    Deleting from the device monitor seems to often work better than just long pressing and pressing the trash can icon, especially with Android apps

    If that doesn't work, do what I did to resolve my issue....do an actual battery pull.

    I can't do a battery pull since i'm on a Q5 (non removable battery)
