    Can anyone let me know, if I select the bottom option, 'always perform this action, do not ask again' is it just for that particular mail address or for all mail addresses? And if I do select it and subsequently need to change back will I have an option to do so? I am reluctant to select it as I do need both options. Comments please.

    Change is an option in Hub settings. If you want a choice my suggestion is leave the choice and do not pick do all the time. Do always affects every e-mail is my bet.
