So I'm selling my device now and I know for sure I will not be using BlackBerry any more. I want to delete my BlackBerry id but I don't have the confirmation email. Is there a way to get confirmation email sent once more or how should I delete my account? Probably I should change the account details to smth wrong and forget about it?

You don't delete your BlackBerry Account...You remove it from your device with a Security Wipe

Yes, but it contains my personal info and card number. I'd like it to be disabled by BlackBerry. Is it not possible?

Sounds like you are referring to your BBW account, login to BBW and delete card info

Everything is tied to your BlackBerry ID. After a security wipe, do not login with your BlackBerry ID and your card info will not be in the BB world settings

Before wiping your device, go into the Payment Options section in the Settings. From there you should be able to remove your credit card info from your BlackBerry ID, and then you can rest easy.

It can also be done online:
    https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login
May be there is the option to delete the account...
Think of BB-Protect, too... (if you've done it)

Quite sure the only way to delete a BBID is if you have original email.
Believe me, have tried to get rid of old ones, no luck at all.
Not even a reply from @BlackBerryHelp.

This used to work in the past. Not sure if it still does. But if you log into bbid.com and change the email address associated to a different one you should receive an email that contains the same link as the original email to delete your BBID. You may get an Auth email first then a confirm email once auth'd.
Check both emails for the link.

If not, you can call BlackBerry support and they have a process internally to delete it from the back end. Refer them to internal notes on http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB25464

Mine was an email change. Link at the bottom to delete if it wasn't me. I clicked it anyway and BOOM. Gone!

No luck except for bad luck. Sheesh.
