So, I just thought that CB posts only the most interesting and the MOST asked questions in their weekly or fortnightly edition of the dear berry, but the other "mail bag full of questions " remain unanswered.. (no offence to CB, u guys are doing a great job already)
So calling all the people with problems and all those with answers to those problems.. let's make this the biggest help forum ever!
(I changed the name to BBERRY, not to infringe the rights of ,(if any) original name dear berry, lol)

As of date, the answer is pretty straight: you cannot.
There's, in fact some tricks that may let your apps believe google play services are installed and bypass the error message but at the end of the day, most apps wont work as expected.
