    today i found new one, i.e, in contacts app the dark black ground is not changing even after i turn off , i tried hard reset also, again it s coming as black, sorry for my bad English.

    I recall that being an issue on those earlier releases of 10.3
    Load a newer one.

    Well that's because you're turning off the BLACK GROUND and not the BACKGROUND.
