    Using the OSX version, and it looks nice, but it's all flash and no substance. Backup has yet to work, music sync is ********, wants to fill the on board memory before the SD card. The list goes on.

    That and the Z10 keeps stating there is a "problem with the SD card". Really getting on my moobs, and I'm genuinely one of the biggest BB fanboys. All I want to do is sync my f***ing music... Let's be honest, my iPod or an iPhone would have been done in 2 mins without even trying. This is poor.

    Yeah.... we expressed our feelings about Link to BBRY during our review process. It needs to evolve FAST.

    Honestly, just mount your device as mass storage and drag and drop from iTunes folder.. so much easier and less issues.

    Yeah, that's been problematic, too. Seems to keep corrupting the FS on the SD card. So I'm syncing via WiFi now. Jeez that is slow... and I have the latest Time Capsule 300Mbit WiFi...

    You have to select the media you want to sync before it enables it, or it stays greyed out. In reality it should default to sync all unless you state otherwise, but why let logic get in the way of pounding out a weak sync product?
