IMHO why can't just BlackBerry make this official. It adds another layer of testing and feedback. At least they could soft launch the OS first before deploying it on the carriers. I'm pretty sure only a small population of the BB10 users uses leaks.

It has been said, more than once, that by the time we get a leak, BBRY is already ahead a couple of steps in development. So, it is an interesting thought that making leaks official would add another layer of testing and feedback. I am assuming that BBRY beta-team would have found the same bugs CB nation did. However, if the dropped leak is that same as what is being used internally, then yes, I could see how the added feedback could be useful.

My Z30 running 1055 is basically the perfect super phone. Guys at work who use Galaxy S4 or iPhone 4s, are jealous of my Z30. The sound quality, intuitive user interface, smoothness of the OS, speed of game play. They are all impressed. And when I fire up Real Racing 3 and let them run a couple laps, they all say it's the best gaming experience they have seen on a cellphone.

Any glitches I found in 1055 have been fixed with simple procedures. I am not in a rush to upgrade again. Probably won't until something official passes the 10.2.1.1055 mark.

Ok, get them to dump their phones and switch to BBRY, convert them back one user at a time.

10.2.1.1055 is just amazing, by far the best leak ever, and I doubt that the new one will be the same

Agree. This is an awesome leak and quite stable. A few bugs but minor. Looking forward to it going official. Unless 1316 is absolutely amazing, I'm sticking with 1055 as others have indicated.

Ditto that. Looking forward to seeing what new features might be included in the next leak but not sure how quick I'll be to take the plunge.

They still have to fix the phone and contact apps.
Yesterday I had approx. 200 incoming and outgoing calls and I had to restart the phone 3 times because the apps went crazy and started to mix contacts. I was losing pictures from the contacts and I would try to call somebody but I was actually calling somebody else.
Of course after the restart everything was going back to normal.

Also, the have to fix the "add a contact to BlackBerry Link" function and also the BlackBerry Link calendar synchronization, in which you cannot see all the calendar events that have a recurrence.
They exist on both the phone and outlook but you can see them only in outlook.
