    People here are talking about 10.3.1 as being the new software release. What you mention is an older one for sure.

    Download the new OS from here and install yourself.

    Ha just ignore it my z30 did the same I think it's cause I had press "check for update" too many times.
    Anyway just press update it'll do something really quick and you can check again for the real update later
