Is there a way to create folders for an exchange email account from bb10? On my z30 I cannot create the folders. I've to create them on the server and then it shows up on my phone. Anyway to create folders form the phone?

Assuming that creating a folder on an Exchange account works in the same way as other account types, have you tried:

In the hub, the bar at the top that says BlackBerry Hub has a drop down arrow - touch the bar (or the arrow).
Find your Exchange folder in the list (or a subfolder) - then long press it.
The context menu on the right should pop out - giving you the option to add a folder.

If this doesn't do it for you and you have Web mail access, you could login to the Web mail portal using the BlackBerry Browser, then add the folder from there.

I do it all the time with one of the imap accounts I have connected to my BlackBerry. I'm sure exchange email would have that functionality if imap does.
