I would like to create autoloader file for my PP for 10.3.3 excluding some apps (Twitter,Facebook,Linked in, Evernote, BBVE, Box, Dropbox) and also if possible its integration.

Also would like to have the latest BBM app and BBW included to it. Is it somehow possible to create one such that?

But if we cannot avoid these apps from the loader before installing, why it is possible to remove after installing?

Dev OS is the same deal, it's got to be signed, which means untouched.

As for why it's possible to uninstall later, removing signed code is not at all the same thing as loading unsigned code. As far as the OS is concerned each signed block of code is a black box; signed debrick images are one big black box that gets unpacked on-device into many smaller black boxes (OS and all the apps). Unsigned code can't be loaded onto any device you or I could get our hands on.
