    Hi all,

    I had my Q10 for about 4 month now.
    And these 2 problems had been around since I got the phone

    1. Whenever I restart my phone, the contacts would always be messed up, e.g. before restarting, contact xyz's number is +12 3456 7890, but after restarting, contact xyz's number would become +1234567890, and making the contact name not appearing in texts or whatsapp but showing just numbers.

    2. I've been switching input languages from time to time for communication with different people, everything is fine just that after the phone has been running for awhile, I can't switch language anymore unless I restart the phone.

    Please help,
