Is there any way to get just the contacts from a backup file, and view them, or edit them like you could do in OS7? Apparently I lost 1 contact and I don't want to put that original list on, then put a new list over just for 1 name.

Or maybe just extract the contact list, and be able just to view it?

I hope I am making sense...

Ok, but I mean I already have it in a backup file on my laptop so it's from that I want to extract from, if possible.

I'm not sure about that. I don't think you can.

You can do custom restore, contacts only. Possibly you end up with duplicates. There is app in BlackBerry world to merge dups.
