Hello Guys

I'm attaching a screenshot of my calls.

If I have saved the contact person's number as 077 1234567 and the network operator only sends it without the 0 in the front (it defers to the network provider) it will not show the contact person's name.. but if i have saved without the 0 it will automatically come. Can someone please tell me a method to solve this otherthan me going through my entire contact list which is pretty big

I too am having a problem where my contacts' names do not show in my text messaging folder or phone log.

Try changing your smart dialing settings (swipe top bezel in the phone app)
Try..
Country code unknown
Or
Find your country code UK +44?
Area code 0
National number length 9

Then try making a call to see if the settings work

Just a note to others applying it; it will take a little while for all contacts' names to show up in your call log after you adjust your settings.

it does not accept 0 as area code am in kenya

Is 0 an area code in Kenya? Is 0 an area code anywhere. In the UK it's not.
