    Hi Everyone,

    I setup a custom notification so that if I receive an email from a certain contact in my workspace email account - a custom tone plays. I'm on call, so these emails need to wake me up.

    It seems to be working but only when my work space is unlocked...

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    How do I edit my thread title? Should be "Contact custom notification only works when work space is unlocked."

    Add the contact to your personal space and this will fix the issue. There is a known issue with this unfortunately.

    Awesome thanks... I'll give that a try. I got around this by setting up Priority Level 1 alerts.
