    Has anyone else faced this issue. Sometimes the emails are in black, sometimes blue. While you can't make out the difference on the BlackBerry, viewing on a desktop email client sometimes each paragraph has a different font-face (I've seen Arial & Trebuchet MS).

    Recently, different paragraphs ended up having different font sizes! In an email I sent to a client. I was horrified when I looked at it on my desktop because it was looking so unprofessional.

    What's the fix for this? Can I default all my emails to plain text?

    There is no standard setting to apply to all emails. You will have to do it one email at a time:

    - - -> Upgrade the BlackBerry 10 smartphone device software to version 10.2.1 or higher

    The ability to change text formatting is an option when composing email, follow the steps below to change text formatting:

    * Compose a new email
    * Click on the more button with three dots above at the bottom right hand corner of the compose email screen.
    * Select Plain Text format
    * A warning is displayed, Changing to Plain Text will remove the HTML formatting for the entire message or thread.
    * Press OK
