    Folks,

    you all remember the $100 worth of Blackberry Apps we were gifted back in 2011/2012?...what now happens to those apps now that we have moved to BB10?

    They most likely won't be re gifted as the bb10 equivalent will need rewriting and is technically a new app, new resources etc

    It likely depends on how the vendor places them in BB World. If they just upload a new binary on the old app then you may be able to carry them forward. But as mr_zed10 says, for the good apps there would be a lot of re-writing involved and they may want and deserve to get paid again. M$ doesn't give you a new version of Office just 'cause you had the old version for a previous OS.

    I was wondering the same thing. But more of to the line of where are they. There are apps I had and used all the time on my 9810 that I don't have access to on my Z10.
