I support Sacha 100 %. He totaly helps this community with the software he developed and provides for free. I know I would not still be with BlackBerry if it were not for the ability to update my device his software provides.
Come on Blackberry encourage and support developers like Sacha ,Darcy and others that go the extra mile.

I first got introduced to xsachas work when he first posted the how to run any 2.3.3 android app with native code thread. At the time this was a major game changer imo. Many thanks for all the good work and hopefully more in the future

CB mods make this thread a sticky.... it needs more publicity till blackberry hear our support.


Sacha did absolutely nothing wrong, it all started from the thread where he posted free bar files on request and some envious devs as usual reported him. This is not the first something like this is happening here on CB where angry devs report well-meaning devs out of sheer jealousy. Remember the retroarch incident??

His tools have honestly helped keep my device be as useful as it could possibly be.
Rooting for him. Part of me (the part that enjoys watching "Cheaters" TV show) is hoping that he dedicates himself to finding bugs and exploiting them and just be a thorn on BlackBerry's side. BlackBerry should be embracing xsacha and appreciating the bugs he spots for them to address.

While I do appreciate all the work he has done, and I do use his tools all the time, exploiting a bug whether inadvertently, or with purpose is still wrong and as far as I'm aware BlackBerry did what had to be done.

Just some food for thought here, I remember when android first started to come about and all the rampant plagiarizing, and stealing that was going on. People around here trumpeted BB security and how that would never happen on a BB. Now that it is happening we praise the guy doing it
