This is *SO* nice, Niles - thanks a lot! ...if it had only worked. On my Z10 (running OS 10.3.2.242474) the first step went flawlessly (and yes, I did manage to log in), but the second fails at "Register Device". I constantly get this message: Check-in failed [403 Forbidden]. Any ideas, sir?
The airwatch mdm agent keeps crashing every time I open it after installation. Is this an issue that can be resolved?

Now I have a issue with Chrome. There was an update to Chrome on Playstore, I downloaded it, patched it with Gmaps Patcher, uninstalled the working version, installed the new patched version. Now it won't work. It will open as it should then go to black screen. I uninstalled it, rebooted phone and installed the older working patched version. Now that one won't work either.
Last night I received the latest BB10 update. Repeated the above process. Chrome is still not working. All my Cobalt apps are updated. I wonder what has changed.
Any ideas or suggestions?

I was able to run Chrome without patching on 10.3.2. Does it really need patching?
Uh......just got so used to patching that I never thought about not patching Chrome. Just installed the latest unpatched version, works (somewhat red faced). Thanks.

Is there any way you could patch the Uber Partner APK (for drivers).

I have tried to do this myself using GMAPS Patcher, but keep running into an error message about not being able to locate Java.exe.
Thanks,
Tom
I had the same issue and slightly remembered another post about this
You have to go into the 'Paths' tab
If 'path to jave exe' has 'Program File 86' your Java file is not in that folder, it is in just 'Program Files' so you have to click 'Browse' and find it and make that your path. Then it will work

After java update, the default path for java.exe changes. it should be 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_45\bin\java.exe'
Open Gmaps patcher, click on Paths tab, paths to java.exe- click browse and find java.exe.
Or install both the 32 and 64bit versions of Java.

Struggled with it all afternoon, but I seem to have it working now.
Hopefully things will be much easier the next time.
Many, many thanks!

Hey Cobalt, I installed the Blackberry Google ID on my Blackberry Classic, and I'm just wondering what the dangers of removing it are? It isn't doing what I thought it was going to, so I'm just wondering if I still need to keep it on the phone?
Is it possible that there is a google calendar working or a patched on?
Posted via CB10
Just remove it. Done. But what did you expect it to do? It registers your device with Google, and it provides low level content providers so that you can run the complete set of Google apps.
What's the experience with updating Clash of Clans? Do I need to Uninstall? I don't want to lose settings/relink account.

Does anyone else have an issue with hangouts being extremely slow? A lot of times I rarely even get notifications (i'm on a blackberry classic btw).
Hi Cobalt,
Really appreciate all the works you have done for the BlackBerry community.
Especially I found it is very useful of all the supports of Google products.
I am wondering if you accept donation that I would like to express a little appreciation to you.
Thanks,
Roc
You can donate with the donate button in Blackberry Google ID -> about menu. Thanks for your support!
Thanks for the tip, didn't know it was that easy accessible, just donated, keep up the good work

I like changing the font size of Android apps with Google settings. (Great for apps you have to use with a smaller window). Unfortunately the font settings go back to normal when I reboot my device. Is there a way to save these settings?

Hey guys.
I'm trying to install the Google Play Games apk, but at the 75% mark, it aborts and says Cannot Be Installed. How can I fix this? My phone is an SQN100-3 running 10.3.2.2474.
Android settings without mobile data configuration option link has expired :(
thanks in advance cobalt.
