Exactly. On top of that it is confirmed that the closed beta versions of Pokemon go were working on android 4.3. But the official release (the only version which was released to public) say 4.4+, so i strongly believe it would be possible to run it. In fact its possible to install and start it, just the moment you try to log in to the servers it fails. Seems like Google+Whitelist probably could help, but the app crashes when used on "Pokemon GO". As indicated above, that could be a problem which cobalt may be able to solve by hardcoding it. So i guess a huge amount of blackberry users is dependent of the great work of the genius cobalt again. It would be so great if you could try to fix it cobalt. My thought on this damn problem is, that the developers might thought about locking out older phones with low specs by setting the requirenments to 4.4+, to minimize user complaints although it WOULD run on 4.3 if your phone is powerfull enough.

Patching can sometimes remove the minimum api restriction, allowing you to physically install the app. But that usually doesn't get you very far, as the app won't be compatible with the lower Android version on BB10 devices.

Yes, I am aware of it. But you never know if you don't try. Especially with the info naitsa provided above.

The change is that your can now properly delete android apps. You will need to download Ghost Commander from BBW to delete the app properly.

Thank you! It works as good as it could since its not compatible.. it regonices the location, but doesn't show arenas or Pokestops and pokemons despite the starters..

In Settings find Applications Manager (and now I have my BB in Polish so I'm translating it to English not knowing how it's really named), the icon looks like a graph. There you will have Device Manager (icon also looks like a graph but different type ). There tap 3 dots and you will find search option, type "Google" and you will find Blackberry Google ID

Thanks i found it. Damn my sceen size messed the graphics too on Blackberry Q10 so its unplayable there. I guess thtas a problem nobody can fix right?

Or is there anybody who can link me a programm/ tutorial to try it for myself? Or is something like this impossible?

What application resolution size would you need? My Passport, doesn't show any pokemons or places but the resolution is ok to see everthing needed..

If it looks fine on Passport but not on Classic and Q10 it would seem that 720x720 screen resolution is too low.

Yeah when they announced it they said it requires a minimum of 1280x720

I'm not familiar with whitelisting, can you explain in more detail please, and where the APK comes in
