    None of the link for downloading the above mentioned BlackBerry google Id and other essential apk's are working. Doesn't load on mobile and error on PC as follows.. "homepage.bluewin.ch didn't send any data"
    Keep trying...I have been fortunate and haven't had any difficulty but Cobalt has commented on possible server overloads and potentially changes on Google's end as possible factors.

    With all due respect to all the people having login issues, my household have 4 BB10 phones and all of them are using cobalt's solutions and none of them are having problems of any kind.

    Maybe it has to do with all those games people are crying / whining all the time, maybe because we are not gamers and have other priorities, the platform it's working totally fine for us.

    You got it right. It is indeed a problem that is related to the Google Play Games integration. It looks like Google Play Games only authenticates if the authentication goes thru Google Play Services. This seems to be a new security feature on the Google side.

    The solution is to use Google Login 4.4.4, which only works together with Google Play Services. That's the solution I'm currently testing.

    If people want to give it a try, here is the download file:

    Instructions:
    1. Remove existing Google Login app
    2. Install new Google Login app 4.4.4
    3. Login as usual
    4. Go to Blackberry Google ID and refresh checkin

    Since I installed the new login app, I didn't get the error message in hub. But as said, it is just a possible fix. Maybe it wont work on the long run.

    Hey Cobalt... just a quick thanks for doing all of this man.
    After a year and a half departure from BlackBerry (and far too many moments when I was tempted to throw my Note-4 against the wall) I just bought Passport SE's for myself and my wife. Ran through installing your handi-work last night without incident.... patched the APK's for 'droid apps I wanted to use and all is well. Works like a champ! Come payday I'll be donating to the cause for sure!

    Me on the same boat. Never installed games services. And everything works normal.. No error running android apps.

    You have to log in with your existing google account via browser.

    Then It should able to work normally with the process.
