I clicked on the link on my Z10, see a red M in a circle at the top of the page, but nothing else happens. Checked my Download folders but nothing there. Do the files install automatically?

So I got Hangouts installed and it is working, Here are my results/issues

1. If I did not have the app open, I did not get any type of notification that I have msgs, nor did the msgs every come through
2. IF I have the app open I can send messages with no problems, but I don't seem to get the replies. The replies might come in later 10-20 minutes later, and I don't get any sound. The only way the replies ever did come through is if I had that contacts chat open.
3.Tried video chat with a friend, it rang his phone/computer, and he answered, but the connection never went through, I tried calling him and he tried calling me. I never did get the call from him to show up on my phone. but later it shows I was in a video call.

If anybody has any suggestions let me know.

2. Blackberry Google ID, run and checkin
3. Google Play Services

Then everything else in no specific order.

Connect with wifi and try again should work don't know why it's helps but first login in my case need to be with wifi on and connected to router with internet

You did not install Blackberry Google ID.

You don't have to create a new account. Just sign in with the existing account. Be sure that you see the account selector, especially if you are on a Q10 or Classic, because the screen is to small. Try to maximize the screen with the swipe down menu.

This is so weird. I completely turned off WiFi and I can checkin normallyl. I have no idea why some of you have to turn on WiFi.

Check settings. Some are "over wifi only" on/off to save data over cell.
