I wonder if this is an isolated incident.



I have not been able to install these .apk files on, say, Z30 with Software Release 10.3.2.2134 (OS 10.3.2.2204 and Radio 10.3.2.2205.) installed. I will try such .apk files on the other BlackBerry 10 devices later.

Did you uninstall any old versions first?

You should also install the patched version of Google Play services.

thx kye. it worked. confused though, i thought if the app was on the white list, you did not have to insert signature. but i tried it anyway and it works.

I went back to the Google chrome apk file in the downloads folder on my phone: com.android.chrome-2171093.apk If you don't have it there I could make it available for download. It's the last version that I can get to work on my BB 10.

last version of chrome that worked for me is v37. dated around oct 2. works fine, just newer versions don't work for me. i still had to patch it, but hasmukh1is running from play store. his BB10 is 10.3.2. maybe that is the key?

Figured out the problem! Just realised I had downloaded but not installed Cobalt's google play services (i'm not long finished a 12.5 hr night shift in a hospital, my mind is fried!)...installed that and we're all good and working!

Ok so I just tried hangouts dialer to make a phone call via gvoice and it's ALMOST there except for one thing....call connects and i can answer on the other line but I get nothing from either the earpiece or mic from the passport. is there something i'm missing here spme driver or something? I have a lot of the android drivers on my pc via the android sdk but i just want to make sure this is possible or if someone had done it before i start going to work...let me know please

Interesting. The dialer just hangs at connecting but doesn't ring. You tried on both WiFi and cellular connections?

Anyone able to get Chrome to Phone working?

no i currently dont have the passport set up on a plan so i am using wifi . i tried cricket a couple of months (and did manage to get it set up through SIP, which was sort of a hassle) and let it expire but still use my vzw bold as my main phone. i figured if it works for one then it should work for the other....I called my bold and the bold rang which was cool...but i'm just puzzled about where the hang up is here..

Not interested in the other bb10 apps that workaround this btw. my ultimate goal is to be free of a phone plan and run a sim card from a registered att or possibly tmobile tablet plan. it's so close...i'm nearly positive i can pull this off on my vzw gnexus (but with vzw obviously) already but i would like to try to get a steal in a $20 data plan every month vs the 50 you pay for a prepaid phone plan AND use the passport.

I also want to make known another issue with hangouts here if it hasnt been already....i cannot receive calls on the passport with hangouts either, i am simply not notified of them. also, i receive the voicemail in app, but then i cant play it...i am testing this vs my gnexus which functions as it should...just seems to be a missing a couple of ingredients here....

All I did is just download the app, patch it using lucky pathcher (may be it will take some time for me it was around 10 minutes ) and install the patched version.. if you have latest white list then keep in side. Think like that now there is no function of white list but you have to install it it will do its work automatically..

I am not a snapchat user but I installed it for you to what was the problem.. may be your patching steps are wrong..

hi i have whitelisted the game injustice gods among us , as per the instructions , but for some reason the game signs in to g+ goi=es to the loading screen and then goes black! no progress thereafter
