The publishing of new apps builds or new functions as Google play games make me ask if the instructions of patching, such, still the same.

The first page says that all Google play depended app must be patched, but, to patch it I need go the the app right? So, I can't just install it from play store, am I right?

To those wondering what the patching process is that everyone is referring to, you only need to follow the first couple steps of Cobalt's older guide, but to summarize:

1. Install LuckyPatcher from Cobalt's page
2. Select Rebuild&Install
3. Select the apk, then select rebuild without license verification
4. Uncheck Auto
5. DO NOT SELECT remove Google Play Dependancies, as now we actually want those!
6. Rebuild it
7. Navigate to the output file (something like Device/misc/Android/LuckyPatcher/Modified/) and install it.

It runs perfectly and syncs up! I've now got CoC and Boom Beach both running perfectly

Yes.. lucky patcher app or gmaps patcher . Patch the app with lucky patcher ,which app you want to patch.

In the first post there is a link to patch app open it by browser and follow the steps.. and beside this You have to install latest play service( first post ).

The way I did it, I had to uninstall the app, then reinstall the patched version. You could give just installing the patched version overtop a shot, though I doubt it will work unfortunately :s

The best way to recover your village will be to contact Supercell and get them to give you a recovery ID for your village, then uninstall your current app, install the patched version, then login via Google+, then enter your recovery key!

No. This is not your screen shot but I followed this that's why I posted this. Many users will follow this thread to install lucky patcher. So at that time users may confuse between SELECT OR DO NOT SELECT that's why I posted that screen shot.

You have to SELECT remove Google Play Dependencies. It removes the signature check, not the depends (I don't know why the creator name it like that)

You must remove the dependencies. Actually patching removes the signature check, so that the prepatched Google Play services are accepted.

Ah I see.

It seems not to matter I guess at this point, seeing as all of my apps are working without ticking that option, and Cobalt and Co. are saying that you're supposed to be ticking it so I assume that means they're working for them.
