I believe you have to log into the play store first from a computer, pay for the app, then afterwards download to your device from your device once it appears in your list of apps.

Paid apps never get saved on the phone by Snap. If you want to keep the app file on the phone, get Ghost Commander and got to Applications tab, look for your installed app, tap and hold and choose copy to wherever you want it.
That's what I do before I can patch the app. I patch the saved copy and then reinstall after patching.

For Snap to save the apk you have to install and then once that's done you have to tap open

To be clear: you can purchase from cobalt's patched play store, however you can't download with play store downloader.

You can download from snap shortly after the purchase, but I've been having issues with purchased app updates not downloading.

Maps with sign-in all you need is Google login services.

Play store you need:
Login services
Android id
patched play store
Play store downloader
Running 10.3+

Recently youtube sign in has stopped working since it relies on g+ sign in, which Doesn't work. That also answers your question about quiz up, since that also relies on g+ sign in.

For youtube, I recommend fasttube. The sign in features cost a few bucks, but well worth it for a native experience.

Paid apps are saved by snap just like free apps, but as it was mentioned before you must install the apk before it gets moved to your download folder.

But the apk's themselves for paid apps don't save on the latest version. I have to back up the downloaded app using ES File Explorer to get the apk for a paid app. It does work fine for free apps though.
