Quick question: I have been waiting on a "good time" to update Play Services and all of my patched apps in one go. I don't mind going weeks/months between updates to do a batch (since it involves booting up a Windows VM).

Is Play Services 6.1.0.5 still the one to get (I'm on 10.3 on a Passport)? I saw some posts from you about a newer version of APKTool and possibly newer GPS releases. It makes sense to me to wait on a newer GPS APK and then do all of my patching/reinstalling, especially since more apps might work with the newer decompilation stuff.

Or should I wait another couple of weeks for a new batch of GMaps Patcher, Play Services, etc. (assuming you're still doing this stuff by then)?

With current progress of development I would go with Google Play services 5.0.89. It is robust, optimized for 10.3 and if you don't need any Google Gear features it should be the preferred version to use. 6.1 is still kind of buggy and I did not yet find time to deep dive into those problems.

If you are fine with GP 6.1 then stick with that. I myself use 5.0.89.

Thing about Mega links is that they don't work best in BB10 browser but if you install mega app and tap and hold a Mega link it gives you an "open in" option for the app and it works great every time..

You have started the Google Account app and are trying to login. That won't work. Read post 1 and follow the instructions.

Ok. Play Store requires no setup. In downloader you simply add a gsf Id in settings.

I added it but nothing happens when I click on install then accept in the store.

Close the downloader. Then browse and install in play store. The downloader should be invoked. Is auto download enabled in settings?
