I am seeing an app without a 'exit' button, because theoretically in an android device the app will be closed after swiping it from recent apps.

In BB10, pressing several times back button, the app seems closed but it still in memory and even the app can reproduce audio.

And closing the box from BlackBerry open apps the behaviour is the same.

Is there any way to apply the same event than swiping from recent apps in a real android?

Not really sure what you are asking but if you mean to close as app out from the recent apps screen by swiping, you can by swiping it left or right off the screen.
