I usually close most of the apps after using them because I thought they might have an impact on my phone's battery or RAM or something. But when I think about it, it's more convenient to have them open so they'll be ready whenever I need them again. So I'm gonna try to leave the apps I use open and see if I 'feel' (meaning, it's not gonna be a scientific approach/exact science) any significant impact on my phone's battery or RAM.

Fellow, CB users, do you leave your apps open or close them. Found any difference between the two?

    Thanks!

I think leaving your popular apps open that you look at a lot, will actually help you save battery as your not opening them up and closing them down,. i don't find any diff in batt life

When I'm done with it, I close it. Period.

I don't believe closing and later re-opening an app sometime later will somehow use more battery than leaving it open and using whatever resources it may use in that same time.

I have 3 -4 apps open all the time. I do tend to close the Brower when not in use...no reason...just what I do.

I tend to close just because I feel it 'might' extend battery life a little more - although I've NEVER had to charge during a business day with my Passport. I may have to try leaving a few apps open as an experiment this week.

Yes, I think I just might! I'll be able to see just how cold it is here every minute! lol

Same here. With no open frames I actually have faster access to my most frequently used apps on the first page. Even if I close the app, starting it again is faster. OS is using some cached content, I guess.
