    Two part question:

    1. Is there away to close all Active frame at once rather than individually closing them one by one?

    2. Some andriod app insist on running in the background even after they are closed and the option to run minimized is turned off. Also other non essential core OS run in the background at idle as well after the feature is not used anymore for example picture viewer or file picker, etc. Is there an app out that that automatically closes these apps/non essential OS features when it has been idle for a certain period of time?

a short answer to your question:
    no and

There are other threads about apps to close all running android apps but honestly, none of the methods work. the apps can be closed but they open right back up because of the android OS running on our phones. I hope someone can tell you exactly how do to both of these things. But i fear there is no solution. I have tried taskmanager, ghost commander, bb app manager. Nothing does what you are suggesting.

It is not just android apps, native non essential os features don't close either and just remain on.

Has auto settings to kill apps at time intervals or when screen off. Today I am showing total of 40 hours potential battery time on my z30

I saw that thanks, I was hoping for an all in one app to also close native OS features as well. Good looking app non the less.
