Clearing RAM
One time my z10 available memory goes down. On start up it has around 60% available. Today I noticed it was around 40%. Restart brings it back to around 60%.
Question is....is it possible to clear ram of unnecessary "stuff" without restarting the device?

Should say "over time" vs "one time".

If you get BlackBerry Virtual Expert and use the app manager. Or if you are using one of the newer OS, and have the app manager in your settings, you can force apps to close.
BUT, you should not have to do this. The OS should manage the memory.

Don't worry about it. The OS is already maximizing the use of memory.
Free memory is wasted memory.

Yeah, don't worry about RAM usage. It's system allocated. Basically, the less RAM you're using, the more it's wasted.
As long as it doesn't hit max. Second, don't confuse RAM and storage, they're two different things.
The OS will manage RAM. For almost everyone, you don't need to acknowledge it's there as long as your mobile's running smoothly.
