    As previously mentioned, you can safely use an autoloader for the BlackBerry Z30 on your BlackBerry Classic to update your device software. This is because the Z30 and Classic share the same OS and radio software, so there's no need to create two separate autoloader files since it would simply be a waste of space and bandwidth.

    No, it will not. Do not attempt to use a Q10 autoloader on a Classic or you will wind up with a non-functioning device and you'll need to wind up reflashing it with the correct autoloader to make the phone work again. The autoloader that has been labelled as being for the Z30 is the correct one to use with the Classic, as previously stated the Z30 and the Classic share the same OS/radio images.
