Don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but when you swipe up and hold it, a dark border forms around the screen. Never noticed it before.

    Posted via CB10
    That's not new.
You didn't notice before because you probably have been using a darker wallpaper.

My Passport seems to have more free RAM. Before 10.3.3 I'd have some lag with 3 apps open that I always have open and the Cleaner app showed that I had approx. 700 MB of free RAM. Now with 10.3.3 and those same 3 apps running everything remains fast and Cleaner shows that I have approx. 1.15 GB of free RAM.
So they definitely did some memory improvements.

Yes. That's like the only visible thing that is new in 10.3.3(both 746 and 2049).
And a new anti-phishing feature in the browser. That's also visibly new in 10.3.3

I had a few years behind the wheel of the TSX, the euro Accord. That was a terrific vehicle. Even today, I still have an Acura (TL) in the stable with a few others.

It's not unlike having been a Q10 guy, and now having a Passport in the deck alongside a droid and an iPad.

To some, hardware keyboards are as uncool as FWD. Done right, however, both designs can truly shine. Now that I'm over the double-type issues, hindsight sheds PKB in a flattering light. As it does for the TSX.

    Passport SQW100-1 running OS 10.3.3.746
There is no beating the PKB of BlackBerry, anything else is a joke and insult combined.

One of the most important changes in 10.3.3 is browser-related, and that is that sites with Let's Encrypt certificates no longer throw warnings when you visit them. And sites with Let's Encrypt certificates and HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled are now accessible again (they can't be visited on browsers running on OS 10.3.2). I verified this myself using an unlocked carrier-independent Passport I downloaded 10.3.3. onto.

Considering Let's Encrypt is now used on millions of sites, this is pretty important.
^^THIS is exactly the level of continued support I have been hoping for. Browser obsolescence is the major risk for those of us still enjoying BB10 over the next two years. I am hopeful I can keep my BB10 phone through the end of 2018, now!

In 10.3.3, I noticed that when I download a file on the Browser, a (toast?) notification appears when the download is completed.

Android Apps. I run several android apps, sourced from Amazon, Snap and through Google Play via Cobalts workaround.

Will I lose the apps including access to Google Play on 10.3.3?

Still waiting for the update, but maybe that's a good thing?

Obviously, if you update Over The Air, all your data and apps will remain intact. Although, if you install using an autoloader, you'll start from scratch.
Although, the Snap may not work even if you update via OTA.

That feature does not exist in 10.3.2
It came with 10.3.3 Dev OS and it wasn't present when using the private browser.
But with 10.3.3.2049, it is present with both normal and private browsers.

Maybe. But, when I'm browsing while something is downloading, it shows a toast that says "Download Complete!".

Smooth sailing here on an OG and SE. Have never and will never use Android apps. Had to delete and pair BT devices again. Browser still does not play video and subtitle streams on viki.com properly. Otherwise, all clear.

Oh you meant that type of popup.
That came with 10.3.1 or 10.3.2 OS way back but it's not the same thing with what we have on 10.3.3
On 10.3.3 it shows like an "instant preview" and you can also view it in the hub and It also has a notification sound which you hear once your download is complete. You see it even when you are not using the browser.

The one you have is just a popup and you only see it when you are using the browser.

Of all the things they could have tweaked / added ... they added a 'download complete' notification in the browser.

I mean ... where's the option to sort Favourites by name?

That's just such a random, minor, pointless thing they chose to do ... I wonder if it was also a request from one of their government customers.

Lolwut? Do you even know what a toast is? 'Cause what you're showing is just a pop-up message. A toast is a notification banner, one that's also being sent to the Hub. Which is new in the 10.3.3 browser.

Would love to know if anyone uses StereoTube and downloads music through that app and the web browser if the changes in the update caused any issues? I know the app redirects you to a webpage and was hoping to get feedback on if it still works the same. If not I'm not wanting to update.

Thanks for any help out there

A toast provides simple feedback about an operation in a small "pop-up". It only fills the amount of space required for the message and the current activity remains visible and interactive.
Correct me if I'm wrong. "Lolwut".
