    You can choose to invoke an app as the substitute for opening links (requires 10.2.1)

    Long press a link and choose 'open with' from the overflow menu. Then check the box that says 'set as default app' and choose the alternative browser.
    It can be reverted back by using the same method or in the phone settings under app management and default apps.
    I've done it with Youtube links to open them in the SuperTube app.
