A few people in my contacts don't show up when I type their name in the Address field for Compose SMS or the actual Contacts search field.

They are found though when I manually swipe all the way down to their alphabetical name.
There is nothing different about these contacts to the best of my knowledge. Has anyone experienced this?

I love BB10 but the Contacts App is the one App I am not too crazy about. I can't stand certain things it does like default to "Work" when you try to add a number you were TEXTING.

The BB contacts app is not as good as it was BB07. There is this and other issues with it. I've had them and have no idea why this happens sometimes.

Yes I had that and it has something to do with the way it's organized. Go to the contact and compare the linking it may have and if it's link to another contact make sure the spelling is the exact same. That was the problem for me. It works fine if organized properly.
