I've tried searching through threads, but couldn't really fine any recent information related to cell broadcasting channel ID's in North America, and more specifically Ontario, Canada channels. Do Canadian providers even support this technology? , and if so where can I find local channel ID's?

None of the North American carriers do this I believe, could be wrong tho, someone else could chime in and correct me.

I am on WIND in Canada and Cell Broadcast is ON on my Z10, but, to my knowledge, I have never received a message through it, unless it is what is used to send out notifications about upgrades.

I think the OP asking for channels to subscribe to for specific purposes, which I don't think your carriers do. But they do broadcast for certain things I believe.
