Contact the carrier, not by phone, walk in.......

Boooo it will cost me more than 75p to get to a Vodafone shop!

The Bongo for BlackBerry Receipt has an 0844 customer service number but that would cost more to call as well.

I always call the carrier directly. Refunds have never failed to be issued.

Yeah, you have to call your carrier if you had it charged to your bill instead of through PayPal or another service. BlackBerry can't do anything for you. Only your carrier.

Do not walk to the carrier store, they will only tell you to call customer service...

Call them, explain the issue and why you believe you were charged unfairly, if they refuse ask to speak to a manager

I've never had an issue here in canada with getting refunded for boarder city roaming charges that were not valid (I live in canada, phone attaches to american towers... roaming charges galore)

Vodafone told me to wait till I receive my next bill and then ask for a refund if I still haven't received the item.

Until then I cannot buy Shibe The Dog so will miss out in the reduced price. Frustrating BlackBerry!
