Hey guys, since I updated to the new OS, I can't view images in the browser and instead just get a blue question mark in its place. Only happens on certain sites and it worked fine before the update. Any idea what's up with it or how to fix it?

Hum that's strange. I just went to the website in your screen shot and have the same issue.

I've never visited this site before so it can't be a cache issue.

I tried changing various settings but I can't fix it.

The best thing would be if someone who is using an older version of BlackBerry 10 could confirm if this is still working. Just in case it is a coincidence that it stopped working at the same time as updating to 10.2.1.

Yeah, I got an email from them too and can't see the pics in it either. I'm assuming it has to do with the file type that they're using and that we can't read it now?

From main website it seems correct link is

Which is working fine on Z10 10.2.1

That's weird. I'm trying again using the link you posted and it still doesn't work for my Z10 (10.2.1).

For those that it is currently working on 10.2.1 did you perform a factory reset after updating to 10.2.1?

Not sure if anyone will care and I know this got buried, but I finally was able to find a solution from the BlackBerry forums. It's posted by the user BD here: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/...2756225#M51373

Basically there was 2 versions of the same certificate in Settings > Security > Certificates > All and one was expired after Jan 28th 2014 which was blocking all images from websites with that certificate. Unticking the trusted box on the expired one allowed it to default to the still valid certificate instead.
