Have you tried rebooting (pressing and holding side volume up and down buttons until it switches off, and blue squircle shows up), and leave it for a good 5 minutes then try to sign in again.?

This is the first time I have had trouble signing in to my BlackBerry ID after loading a leaked OS (10.2.1.1055, at least the fifth) to my Q10. This tip was a lifesaver!
