    Since 10.3.1, I am unable to send emails from my Q10 to my own email address.

    This is most often a problem if I am replying to an email and want to include myself as a Bcc: in order to have a copy on my PC, nothing ever arrives. Emails to other addresses all seem to arrive OK.

    But I have discovered that if I try and send a simple email to my own address, it doesn't get sent, it just sits in the hub with the red 'Message could not be sent' icon beside it.

    I have tried what I thought was the obvious stuff, like deleted and adding my email and resetting my BB ID, but it still happens. Is sending 'service books' still a useful fix with BB10?

    Nope, can't send, can't Cc: or Bcc: and can't Fw: to my own address, the latter shows the same 'Message could not be sent' icon. Worth a try, tho!

    What's your email provider? Works fine with 3 Google accounts.

    I don't think it gets as far as my email provider (1and1), it's a phone problem. It was fine before I went to 10.3.1 and it's still fine to send to absolutely any other email address. Just not my own.
