    Hi Everyone,

I've been having heavy battery drain on my Z10 after installing leaked OS 1295. After letting it settle for a couple of days and still no improvement on the batter life, I've decided to do a factory reset. After following all the instruction on Link i encountered a problem on which the software update is not downloaded because it states that I'm not connected to the internet but my connection is just fine as im able to browse. Does this mean it's Blackberry's server that is down or there are issues regarding doing factory reset? Anyone else having this problem?

Which carrier are you on? In that case, you could run a security wipe on the phone and then run the autoloader for the version that your carrier has, bypassing BB Link.

I can't do that now. I think Link already wiped my device cause I get error bb10-0015. I'm with Globe Telecom in the Philippines and we have 10.2.1 already.

Download the autoloader for your device and run it
    Should fix the error

Can you please tell me where I can download this autoloader for my carrier. I already got autoloader for the latest leak should I just use that instead? That's the one I installed on my Z10 and I'm having battery problems on it.

The latest leak and the official os is the same os
Software release 10.2.1.537 and os version is 10.2.1.1925
Did you install any android apps that cause you battery drain?

If you already have a 10.2.1.1925 autoloader for your device, just use that. However, you can use a more thorough install process and see if that improves anything:
    1. Run 1925 autoloader
    2. Quickly complete setup (skip BBID, WiFi, disable location, etc.) and immediately security wipe the phone
    3. Run 1925 autoloader again

Nope, haven't installed any android apps. Yesterday battery is at 40% and it complete drained it in 4hrs even though the phone is just on standby.
