I don't think this is a 2141 issue, but I did a successful back up earlier today using Link. I successfully installed 2141 using standard procedures. Now I'm trying to restore and Link gives me an error message saying "Restore did not complete" a few seconds after initiating the restore. Sachesi gives me an error saying "Could not open backup file". Anyone else having issues?

I think this is a BlackBerry Link problem on Windows. I managed to restore after upgrading to 1925 using BlackBerry Link for Mac.

Restart your device. Both the phone and the computer. It worked for me.

I've had that happen before. Try restoring in segments, starting with either app data or media, and leave settings for last.

Thanks. Application data and settings have been restored. Gonna let it settle in a little before I try to store the media.

Same problem today as well. I tried almost everything until u finally said and did my setup w/o restoring. It actually didn't take that long to set everything up from scratch.
